& Development division is hard at work building solutions for
today's industry leaders. We are experts in metal parts machining, and
supply the world with quality products and services. We engineer and
construct complex housings, pump bodies, castings, and forgings. Our
staff is highly skilled in working with a variety of materials including
aluminum, steel iron, titanium, stainless steel and other exotic
materials. |

We are a privately owned company with 15,000 square feet of floor
space holding state-of-the-art
machinery. When operating at maximum capacity, we are capable of
operating 25 machinists with a production output exceeding 5,000
pieces/month. We have no union affiliation. |
| Our primary customer is the U.S. government which comprises 85%
of the business. In addition, we help several other corporations
succeed by providing just-in-time delivery. We accomplish this by
utilizing 2400 hours per month of machine time. As a result, our
revenues have exceeded $2.5 million each of the last four years. |

CAD/CAM by UGS NX4.0 and Schlumberger/Applicon is used by our
engineering staff to design and deliver products. Our quality assurance
team then ensures that government standards MIL-I-45208 A &
MIL-STD-45662 are met. |
| AMI innovates. We have developed a specialized crossfeed head.
This piece of equipment gives our horizontal machining centers lathe
capability, drastically reducing machining and tool change times. This
innovation improved manufacturing time on a particular part by 60%. |
